1. What we do

TV Travel is a travel agency. We help you research and book cruises, flights, hotels and car rentals offered by third-party suppliers. Information on the Site is for general planning only and is not an offer to sell or a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once a supplier confirms it and you receive confirmation documents.

2. We are not the cruise line or travel supplier

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies and other suppliers (“Suppliers”) operate the travel services. TV Travel acts only as an agent and does not own, operate or control any ship, aircraft, hotel or vehicle. Your travel is governed by each Supplier’s own terms, including its cruise ticket contract, fare rules, cancellation and change policies, and health, documentation and safety requirements. Supplier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the Suppliers we book; they don’t imply endorsement.

3. Prices, promotions and availability

Promotions, perks and incentives are subject to availability, may not apply to all sailings, stateroom categories or fares, and can change or end at any time without notice. Offers are capacity-controlled and may not be combinable with other promotions. Restrictions apply; contact us for full terms.

Prices, itineraries, ports, ship names, dates and perks shown on the Site or in our newsletter come from Suppliers or public sources, may change without notice, and can contain errors. Prices are per person unless stated, may exclude taxes, fees, port charges, gratuities and insurance, and are confirmed only at the time of booking.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you contact us or book, including names exactly as shown on travel documents.
• Hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations and other documents required for your trip. Requirements are your responsibility; please check with the relevant authorities.
• Review Supplier terms, payment schedules and cancellation penalties before booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
• Don’t misuse the Site: no spam, scraping, automated form submissions, attempts to break security, or unlawful use.

5. Contact form and newsletter

When you send an inquiry or subscribe, you agree that we may contact you about your request and, if you opted in, send our weekly cruise deals newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in every email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Site content

The Site’s design, text and graphics are owned by TV Travel / Type Visions or used with permission (see Photo & logo credits). You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or republish content without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Travel involves inherent risks, and we make no warranty about any Supplier’s services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TV Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses or damages caused by Suppliers, weather, strikes, government actions, health events or other causes beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid TV Travel directly (not to Suppliers) for the service at issue, if any.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
