Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact form (leads): your name, email, phone (optional), destinations you’re interested in, travel dates, your message, and whether you asked to join the newsletter.
• Newsletter: your email address, subscription status, signup source and the dates you subscribed or unsubscribed.
• Anonymous analytics (only if you click Accept): a random visitor ID stored in a cookie, the page path you viewed, the website that referred you (hostname only), a campaign source tag (utm_source) if present, device type (desktop, mobile or tablet), country (derived by our host from your connection, not stored as an IP address) and the time. We do not store IP addresses, names or emails with analytics.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request logs briefly for security and reliability. We use them only to keep the Site running and to block spam and abuse.

When you book travel, Suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels and others) will receive the traveler details needed to book, under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, plan and book your trip, and follow up about it.
• To send the weekly newsletter if you subscribed.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful (only with your consent).
• To protect the Site from spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Newsletter and unsubscribing

Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe we stop sending newsletters to you; we keep a record of the unsubscribe so you aren’t added back by mistake. You can also email us to be removed.

4. Service providers

We use a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only for our purposes:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Neon — database storage for leads, subscribers and anonymous analytics.
• Resend — delivering emails, including the newsletter and inquiry notifications.

We don’t use advertising networks, third-party trackers or social media pixels.

5. Cookies and analytics consent

Analytics are off until you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we never record your visits. Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice any time: Cookie settings.

6. How long we keep data

We keep inquiries and booking-related correspondence as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter records are kept while you’re subscribed and as a suppression record after you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics are kept for up to 25 months.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information. We don’t collect it through the Site.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We’ll verify your request by confirming details we already have, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission. Visitors outside California may contact us with similar requests and we will do our best to help.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. Travel for minors is booked through a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access-controlled systems and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send passport numbers or payment card details through the contact form.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; significant changes will be noted on the Site.
